Flex Select
When the agency route just won’t work for your borrower’s specific scenario, our Flex Select program is a perfect alternative. With an LTV up to 90%, a wide loan amount range and full and alternative documentation options, it’s suitable for diverse financial scenarios.
Flex Second Lien
For borrowers with a first lien, this offering provides the additional cash they may need without disrupting their first mortgage or serves as a source of down payment for purchase transactions.

Foreign National
The Foreign National program is specially crafted for international borrowers, offering them a clear path to financing in a foreign landscape. A Foreign National is a non-U.S. citizen authorized to live in the U.S. on a temporary basis but does not meet the definition of a Non-Permanent Resident Alien.
Select ITIN
The ITIN or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number program is specially crafted for the borrower who has an ITIN, for purposes of reporting taxes from passive income sources only, and is not employed in the U.S.
2/1 Temporary Buydown
This feature can be used with three programs: Select Prime Full Doc, Alt Doc, and Investor DSCR 1–4 Units. It allows a borrower to ease into monthly payments with reduced interest rates for the first two years.
